Registration for R & R Conferences is binding. By registering, you agree to pay the requisite fees in full.
- Admission: We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person whom we consider in our absolute discretion to be unsuitable for admission.
- Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable unless explicit written permission is granted by the organizing committee at least 14 days prior to the event.
- Identification: You may be required to provide photo identification (Passport/ID) to collect your badge.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, due to the upfront costs of organizing international events, our refund policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: Requests made more than 60 days prior to the event start date (less administrative fees).
- 50% Refund: Requests made between 30 and 60 days prior to the event.
- No Refund: Requests made less than 30 days prior to the event.
- Visa Rejections: If your visa is rejected, we will provide a full refund (less admin fees) upon provision of official rejection documentation, provided the application was made in a timely manner.
3. Code of Conduct
R & R Conferences is committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.
We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.
4. Intellectual Property
- Speaker Content: Speakers retain copyright of their presentations and papers. By presenting, they grant R & R Conferences a perpetual, non-exclusive license to publish their abstract and distribute their presentation materials to attendees.
- Recording: Unauthorized video or audio recording of presentations by attendees is strictly prohibited without the express permission of the speaker and organizers.
5. Force Majeure
If the conference is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a Force Majeure event (including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, or government regulations), we will not be liable for any costs incurred by you (such as travel or accommodation). In such cases, your registration may be rolled over to a future event or virtual alternative.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, R & R Conferences shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your attendance or participation in our events.
